When do I use VEGA Oral Care?

The VEGA ® Oral Care Recovery Kit is formulated to improve dental patients' postsurgical recovery after wisdom teeth removal, placement of dental implants, bone grafting, osseous surgery, connective tissue grafting and other oral procedures. It is sold directly to dental professionals, so please ask your dental professional about products.
VEGA Oral Care Gel is formulated to relieve pain associated with mouth ulcers, cold sores, dry sockets, gum or other oral pain. The VEGA Oral Care Gel in combination with the rinse was found to accelerate healing and speeds up postsurgical recovery.
VEGA Oral Rinse is a bacteria fighting formulation designed to promote healthy gums, hydrate oral cavity, maintain oral health and freshen breath. It is highly recommended as part of daily oral hygiene for every dental patient. When used regularly, the Gel and Rinse offer a long-term maintenance to promote exceptional oral health without staining teeth.

How do I order?

How do I view my past orders?

How do I track my order?

After submitting the order for StellaLife products, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number to find the status of your shipment. You can also Log In to your account to find your order with a tracking number.  

Order Fulfillment?

Orders are processed through our system one time per day by 8AM CST. All orders placed thereafter will be processed the next business day. Please allow 1 business day for your order to be fulfilled. If we experience high volume for a promotion or holiday, please allow additional 1-2 business days for fulfillment. Shipping time is additional. The business days do not include the weekend or national holidays.

Expedited Orders?

Orders with expedited shipping will be processed and fulfilled up until 10:30AM CST. All orders placed thereafter will be processed the next business day.

Orders will ship via either UPS, FedEx or USPS depending on total weight and zip code. This includes any orders with expedited shipping service.

How do I Track My Shipment?

    USPS tracking numbers have up to 22 digits and can be tracked at www.usps.com/tracking

    FedEx tracking numbers typically have 12 digits and can be tracked at www.fedex.com/tracking

    UPS tracking numbers have up to 25 digits and can be tracked at:  www.ups.com/tracking/tracking

    What are the different methods of payments that you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Please note, we are unable to process PayPal, prepaid or gift credit cards at this time.

    What are the different methods in which I can place an order?

      The fastest and easiest method of ordering is directly through our website. If you prefer to speak with a person while placing your StellaLife order, you can also call our toll-free Customer Care Department at 1-800-828-7265. We’ll be happy to take your order over the phone during the normal business hours.

      I just placed an order, so can I add to it?

        We're sorry, once an order is placed, we cannot add, delete or alter it. If it has not yet shipped, we would be able to cancel the order, so it can be replaced with the additional items.

        Can I change my address after my order was shipped?

        We're sorry, once the order ships, we cannot change the address, cancel, or otherwise stop shipment.

        Are Shipping Costs Refundable?

        All shipping costs are non-refundable.

        How did my package ship? Why did one ship UPS and the other FedEx or USPS?

        The shipping method is determined by the weight of the package. Lighter packages are generally shipped with USPS and heavier ones with UPS or FedEx. There are exceptions when the package is being shipped to certain areas.

        How do I know my package has shipped?

        Once orders are processed, tracking numbers are automatically emailed in the shipment confirmation when labels are printed and will be associated with the package. When the tracking number is tracked online, you can see the current transit status for the package.
